Transferring plants from pots to the ground

Hi Penny!

I have Foxtail and Maidenhair ferns that have been in containers for at least 2 years. Is it ok to plant them in the ground or should I repot in larger containers? Thank you

Answer: You can certainly plant your ferns in the ground now. If you can please water them well, they will thrive. You are very fortunate to have mature cultivars to plants. I love ferns so much.

Do enjoy!
