The homeowners purchased this 6-acre property located off of St. Mary's Rd in 2018. While most of the property consists of a mature hardwood forest the owners have carved out several locations for raised bed vegetable gardens and pollinator gardens.
The focus for the past 4 years has been adding native trees, shrubs and plants to the property to draw more birds, bees, and butterflies. The pollinators have shown up! The vegetable gardens have benefited greatly from the additional pollinators.
